We believe that agencies should have long term relationships with clients and if you look after a client and provide the best people throughout the project lifecycle and during post-launch support, then you will have a successful, sustainable business. Not a massive business but one with a stable roster of clients who have daily contact with the owners of the business who actually do the job day-to-day. So far (fingers crossed) our concept has proved successful and is why clients such as Triton Showers continue to choose to work with us even after the initial website launch.
We quickly built a sustainable business around a number of major clients providing digital design and build services for Triton Showers, Cobra, Nissan Forklift and smaller national brands. We achieved this initial success by following a simple concept: focus on client service and delivery – ‘do what we promise we will do’. Nothing radical but a simple concept that most of our competitors forget.
We then moved up a few gears through innovation. Using profits from our first year’s trading, we developed a product in 2010 that has established klickdigital as a leading expert in YouTube and is proving to be a global platform with the customer base expanding throughout Europe and now extending to The Middle East and Australia.
This innovation has allowed us to challenge major established London agencies winning clients such as Carphone Warehouse, Vodafone, Coca Cola and The Post Office.
